A. General, Applicability, and Consent

1. Binding Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter: "the User" or "the Customer") and Pharma Naturalis Ltd. (hereinafter: "the Company"), which operates the website alocado.co.il (hereinafter: "the Website"). Its provisions shall apply to any use, purchase, or transaction carried out via the Website or with the Company.

2. Mandatory Consent to Terms

Entry into the Website and/or any purchase made on it constitutes your consent to accept and act according to these Terms, including the Privacy Policy published separately. If you do not agree to these terms, you are requested not to make any use of the Website.

3. Changes to Terms and Contact Information

4. Blocking Users

The Company may block users from accessing the Website due to violation of the Website's terms or at its sole discretion.

B. Purchase Conditions, Payment, and Verification

5. Eligibility and User Details

The Website may be used by any adult who is 18 years or older and holds a valid payment method. The User undertakes to provide correct and accurate details.

6. Order Confirmation and Required Verification

• Order Confirmation: Confirmation of order reception will be sent to the Customer by email. The order execution date shall be considered the date of payment approval by the credit company.
• Required Verification: The Company may, at any time, request additional details or documentation (such as an ID) from the User, as necessary and at its sole discretion, as a condition for approving the order.

7. Cancellation by the Company and Product Changes

• Cancellation: The Company may cancel an order (e.g., due to a lack of inventory) and refund the Customer within 14 business days.
• Product Changes: The Company may amend and change the products or a part thereof at any time at its sole discretion.

C. Delivery, Shipping, and Self-Collection

8. Delivery Times and Shipping Liability

• Timeframes: Delivery times are calculated in business days only (Sunday–Thursday), starting from the order confirmation date.
• Restricted Areas: In areas with restricted access, the Company may deliver the products to a nearby, accepted location, in coordination with the User.
• Delay Liability: The Company is not responsible for delays caused by Force Majeure (including war or natural disaster) or events beyond its control.

9. Self-Collection and Storage Fees

• Collection Date: Product self-collection must be done within 14 business days from the order confirmation date.
• Failure to Collect: A product not collected on time will be considered a transaction cancellation. The Company may charge reasonable storage fees or cancellation fees in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law.

D. Privacy and Data Protection Policy

10. Privacy Regulation (Amendment 13)

Any matter relating to the collection, use, storage, and processing of Personal Information (as defined in the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended by Amendment 13) – including through "cookies" and browsing data – **is exclusively and mandatorily regulated in the "Privacy Policy" document** published separately on the Website.

11. Duty to Inform and User Confidentiality

• Duty to Inform: By using the Website, the User confirms they have read and agreed to the Privacy Policy, and that all details required by the Extended Duty to Inform (Section 11 of the Protection of Privacy Law) have been fully brought to their attention.
• Institutional Record: The Company's records regarding actions performed via the Website shall serve as evidence of their correctness.
• Confidentiality: The User is responsible for keeping their password and username confidential.

E. Cancellation by Customer, Returns, and Brand Guarantee

12. Cancellation by the Customer

Order cancellation by the Customer must be submitted by email (sales@pharma-naturalis.com), in accordance with the provisions and timeframes set forth in the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.

13. Brand Guarantee and Refund

• Commitment: The Company guarantees a full refund if Alocado products do not meet your expectations for any reason.
• Redemption Terms: The extended guarantee can be redeemed within 30 days (one month) from the purchase date, subject to the physical return of the product to the Company’s address (Sadan 12, Arad).
• Applicability: This guarantee applies only to preparations purchased directly from alocado.co.il.

F. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

14. Law and Jurisdiction

• Governing Law: The legal relations between the parties shall be governed exclusively by the Laws of the State of Israel.
• Jurisdiction: Exclusive local jurisdiction in any matter related to these Terms or the use of the Website shall be granted to the competent court in Be'er Sheva only.
