1. מבוא, אחריות והתחייבות

מדיניות פרטיות זו מפרטת את האופן שבו פארמה נטורליס בע"מ, המפעילה את אתר Alocado.co.il (להלן: "החברה" או "מפעילת האתר"), אוספת, מעבדת, משתמשת ושומרת על מידע אישי של המשתמשים, בהתאם להוראות חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א–1981, ובכלל זה תיקון מס' 13.

מידע בעל רגישות מיוחדת (בריאות): ברכישת מוצרי בריאות או דרמטולוגיים, המשתמש מסכים במפורש לעיבוד מידע זה (הנחשב למידע בעל רגישות מיוחדת) למטרות מילוי ההזמנה, אספקה ומתן שירות מותאם.


2. המידע הנאסף והמטרה

החברה אוספת ומעבדת מידע אישי אך ורק לצורך מטרות מוגדרות:

ב. נתוני רכישה ובריאות נוצר אוטומטית במערכות החברה. מתן שירות מותאם, ניהול מלאי והבטחת איכות המוצר.
ג. נתוני גלישה ומזהים טכניים שימוש בעוגיות, כלי אנליטיקה (Google Analytics) ורכיבי אבטחה (Wordfence, Jetpack). תפעול ואבטחת האתר, שיפור חוויית המשתמש ושיווק מחדש (Remarketing).
ד. נתוני צ'אט ותקשורת שירות צ'אט Joinchat (WhatsApp). שירות לקוחות ותמיכה טכנית באמצעות תקשורת מיידית.


3. שיתוף מידע עם צדדים שלישיים 

החברה משתפת את המידע עם גורמים חיצוניים (מחזיקים) לצורך מימוש מטרות האיסוף בלבד:

  • סליקה ותשלום: PayPlus ו-PayPal – פרטי התשלום מועברים אליהם ישירות ומאובטחים על ידם. החברה אינה שומרת פרטי כרטיס אשראי.

  • משלוחים: Cheetah Group (צ'יטה) – פרטי הכתובת והקשר מועברים לצורך אספקת המוצרים.

  • אבטחה וניטור: Wordfence Security, Jetpack (WordPress.com) – לצורך ניטור תעבורה, הגנה מפני התקפות ורישום לוגים (כולל כתובות IP).

  • שיווק ואנליטיקה: Google ו-Meta (Facebook/Meta Pixel) – לצורך ניתוח סטטיסטי ושיווק.

  • שירות לקוחות: WhatsApp (Meta) / שירות הצ'אט Joinchat – לצורך ניהול שיחות ואיסוף מספר טלפון (אם נמסר).


4. שמירת מידע וזכויות המשתמש 

  • שמירת המידע: המידע יישמר במאגרי החברה רק למשך הזמן הנחוץ לצורך המטרות שלשמן הוא נאסף (למשל, לצורך אספקת הזמנה או עמידה בחובות חשבונאות), או כל עוד החברה מחויבת לשמור אותו על פי דין.

  • זכות עיון, תיקון ומחיקה: זכותך לעיין במידע השמור עליך, לבקש את תיקונו אם נמצא לא מדויק, ולבקש את מחיקתו.

  • מימוש זכויות: ניתן לממש זכויות אלה באמצעות משלוח בקשה כתובה לכתובת הדואר האלקטרוני: sales@pharma-naturalis.com.

1. Introduction, Responsibility, and Commitment

This Privacy Policy outlines how Pharma Naturalis Ltd., operating the website Alocado.co.il (the "Company" or "Website Operator"), collects, processes, uses, and stores Personal Information of its Users, in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment No. 13 (the "Law").
Special Sensitivity Data (Health): When purchasing health or dermatological products, the User explicitly consents to the processing of this information (which is considered special sensitivity data) for the purposes of fulfilling the order, delivery, and providing tailored service.

The Company collects and processes Personal Information strictly for defined purposes:

  • Marketing and Analytics: Google and Meta (Facebook/Meta Pixel) – For statistical analysis and marketing purposes.
